Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
This applies to physical products such as printers, accessories, and other items you’ve purchased from our store.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products and services are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software and drivers
- Opened ink cartridges or toner
- Custom printer configurations
- Completed printer services (e.g., repair, installation)
Refunds for Printer Services
For services like printer repair, setup, or maintenance, refunds are available only if the service does not meet the agreed standard. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the service. Upon approval, a refund will be processed based on the service fee, minus any costs incurred.
Refunds for Products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
Refunds for Printer Installations
If you’re not satisfied with our printer installation services, we offer a 30-day refund period from the date of service. Refunds are only provided if the installation did not meet the agreed terms or functionality standards. Contact us at support@bestprinterpro.com to process a request.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank for more information.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@bestprinterpro.com with the necessary details. Send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Warranty on Printer Services
For services such as printer repair and maintenance, BestPrinterPro offers a 60-day warranty. If a service-related issue arises within 60 days of completion, we will address it without additional cost. Warranty requests can be made through support@bestprinterpro.com.

Shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items like printers, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
